We work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (CET). Messages sent outside those hours are handled the next business day.
We reply within one business day, usually faster. Form submissions get an automatic confirmation immediately, and the person who will own your project follows up within a few business hours.
We have two offices in Poland: Oleśnica — Kochanowskiego 5/8, 56-400 (HQ) and Wrocław — Legnicka 42, 53-671. We also run a UK office in Hereford. Most client work happens remotely across Poland, the UK and the EU.
Yes. We host meetings at our Wrocław or Oleśnica office, and we can travel to clients across Lower Silesia. Default first meetings are held online (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams) to save time on both sides.
Yes. If your topic requires it, we sign an NDA before the first call. Just mention it in your message — we can send our template or sign yours.
The most useful inputs are: a clear business goal (for example growth, migration, redesign), your current tech stack and live URL, an indicative budget and timeline. If you already have a brief or requirements document, share it ahead of time so we can prepare properly.
You get a confirmation email immediately. We log your request and assign it to the person responsible for that service. We then reach out within one business day to schedule a call or answer directly in writing.
